High-performance Ethernet to CAN FD device

CAN FD (CAN Flexible Data-rate), the latest upgrade of CAN bus, has the longest data of 64 bytes and the Baud rate of flexible data domain up to 5Mbps.

CANFDNET series products are high-performance industrial Ethernet and CAN(FD)-bus data conversion devices developed by Zhiyuan Electronics. It integrates 1-8 CAN(FD)-bus interfaces, 1 common Ethernet interface and 1 automotive dual-wire Ethernet to meet the OPEN Alliance BroadR-Reach specification. CANFDNET series products can work in a temperature range of -40℃~85℃, and the maximum Baud rate of CAN FD is 5Mbps. Ethernet has various working modes such as TCP Server, TCP Client and UDP. Users can flexibly set relevant configuration parameters through a configuration software, and the device is equipped with mature and stable TCP/IP protocol stack. With this product, users can easily complete the interconnection and intercommunication between CAN(FD) network and Ethernet network, and further expand the scope of CAN-bus network.

The first synthetic communication between CAN FD and Automotive Ethernet in China

CANFDNET is equipped with 1-channel vehicle-mounted dual-wire Ethernet, which can complete the data conversion from CANFD and Automotive Ethernet to common Ethernet in real time.

Support high-speed CAN FD compatible with CAN2.0A/B

CANFDNET series products support the CAN FD standard of ISO/Bosch, and they are compatible with CAN2.0A/B mode. The Baud rate in the data field can be configured up to 5Mbps, and the data length can be configured up to 64 bytes. They can provide data load 40 times higher than that of CAN2.0A/B, and offer faster control and data channels for automotive electronics, rail transit, medical electronics and industrial automation occasions.

LIN power supply, self-sufficient with surplus capacity

CANFDNET-800H supports 5V and 12V self-power supply. It can also output power to LIN nodes, facilitating on-site testing.

Blacklist and whitelist mode, improving data security

ZNetCom configuration tool supports efficient filtering for each channel. Users can flexibly set blacklists and whitelists based on required messages to achieve efficient data utilization.
