Vehicle-mounted multi-channel CAN(FD)- bus data recorder

With the rapid development of automotive electronics, rail transit and other industries, CAN FD has been widely adopted for its outstanding real-time performance and reliability. An increasing number of users require effective on-site data logging of CAN FD signals. Installing a CAN FD bus data recorder enables real-time recording of CAN FD data, which facilitates post-facto fault diagnosis, resolves defects on the CAN FD bus, and substantially enhances the network reliability of the complete vehicle.

The vehicle-mounted multi-channel CAN FD bus data recorder launched by Guangzhou Zhiyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. integrates 4 to 24 independent CAN FD bus channels, as well as multiple channels for automotive Ethernet and LIN bus, to meet multi-bus testing requirements. The device supports two data storage modes: local storage and 4G cloud upload. Equipped with the ZCANConfigTool and CANDTU configuration software, users can set various recording modes including long-duration recording, conditional recording, pre-trigger recording and scheduled recording. Recorded data can be saved directly or converted via tools into nine file formats such as blf, crf, asc and csv. Compatible with mainstream analysis software ZXDoc and ZCANPRO, it greatly facilitates in-depth post-processing analysis.

CANFDDTU-400EWGR can meet the requirements of various application scenarios. It can synchronously monitor and collect the data of CAN FD bus, LIN bus and vehicle Ethernet in different scenarios, and upload the data to the designated cloud server in real time through 4G communication.

Full coverage, synchronous acquisition of bus data and temperature data

The CAN FD DTU recorder paired with the ZAD series temperature collectors can record, store and parse digital bus data and analog temperature data in real time. Temperature data can also be converted into CAN data for convenient parsing and application.

The unique Beidou/GPS function can record the location information of device in real time and upload it to the designated server, so that users who need device data can quickly locate device, and analyze and optimize algorithm data.

Blacklist and whitelist mode effectively reduces the load

The configuration tool supports up to 64 filtering rules per channel, and performs filtering configuration according to ID. Meanwhile, blacklist and whitelist can be added for recording, and channel can independently enable filter and filtering mode.
