High-performance MiniPCIe/M.2 interface CAN FD card

M.2CANFD interface card is an M.2 NGFF to dual-channel CAN FD communication interface card compatible with PCI Express r1.0a specification developed by Zhiyuan Electronics. M.2CANFD interface card provides the M.2 NGFF B+M Key interface that enables computers with M.2 B-Key or M-Key slots to be conveniently connected to the CAN/CAN FD bus network and can monitor multiple bus networks in real time. It is small in size and can be conveniently embedded in single board computers (SBC), portable industrial control hosts and industrial notebooks, characterized by convenient installation and simple use.

Support high-speed CAN FD and CAN2.0A/B data communication simultaneously

M.2CANFD interface card provides the M.2 NGFF B+M Key interface, which enables computers with M.2 B-key or M-Key slots to be conveniently connected to the CAN/CAN FD bus network and monitor multiple bus networks in real time. Meanwhile, it supports CAN FD standard of SO/Bosch, and is compatible with CAN2.0A/B mode transceiving, with the Baud rate in data field configured up to 5Mbps and the data length configured up to 64 bytes.

Meet the needs of multi-protocol analysis

ZCANPRO software inherits ZLG CANPro’s good support for CANopen, J1939 and DeviceNet protocols, and provides users with the parsing function of the above three protocols for free.

2500VDC isolation to prevent interface damage

The 1~2 channels CAN FD interface of M.2CANFD interface card are all provided with 2500VDC electrical isolation. The electrostatic level is ±4 kV for contact discharge and ±1 kV for surge, which can effectively avoid backflow damage caused by different ground potentials of different nodes. It is especially suitable for the testing of electric vehicles and trains.

Support DBC protocol parsing and sending

Users can load the DBC files of vehicles or parts for application protocols analysis and send relevant instructions through DBC to directly control vehicles, facilitating the test and repairing of vehicle parts.

Customize test cases to greatly shorten the cycle

Users can load DBC files by editing the test flow, and realize the automatic test of the tested equipment through actions such as sending, waiting, checking, and response checking.

Simple and easy-to-use secondary development library

M.2/MiniPCIe series interface cards provide a secondary development library that supports various development environments and offers demos for mainstream programming languages including C++, C#, Python and LabVIEW.
