EtherCAT analyzer is a high-performance real-time Ethernet analyzer which provides such functions as network frame statistics (flow, forward delay, error frame and periodic jitter), network frame time analysis, network frame content analysis, GPIO event analysis, and frame data storage.
The device is equipped with 4 Ethernet monitoring ports, which can simultaneously analyze and record up to 2 independent real-time Ethernet connections. It integrates the internal direct test access points on the hardware, and the completely passive monitoring ensures zero delay and lossless capture package. EtherCAT analyzer is connected to the computer through a standard GigE interface. It can conduct real-time network data analysis with the self-developed NetAnalyzer, and supports writing data into a virtual network interface card.

<1ns forward delay, accurate evaluation of the master station cycle
EtherCAT analyzer supports the frame forwarding time analysis of 4 ports. In a multi-node EtherCAT network, the master station period can be evaluated, and a node with high delay can be detected by analyzing the total frame transmission delay of all nodes.

Visualized numerical curve helps locate the bottleneck of the algorithm
EtherCAT analyzer supports intra-frame numerical curve analysis and the analysis of numerical values according to frame offset and arbitrary extension protocol, analyzes the following curves of motors and algorithms of all joints of the manipulator, and finds out the performance bottleneck of machinery or algorithms.

Frame jittering analysis, real-time system evaluation, and synchronization offset
The device supports the analysis of frame jittering curve. By analyzing the jittering of network frames, it evaluates the real-time scheduling of the master station system realized by Twincat and other software, and then determines such parameters as master station period and DC synchronization offset.

Network load monitoring, real-time grasp of node frame flow
EtherCAT analyzer supports the network load analysis of specified data sources. It also supports filter setting, which can analyze the frame flow for a PDO.

Comprehensive statistics, convenient for diagnosis
EtherCAT analyzer provides statistical information about normal frame, error frame, inter-frame space, frame jitter, forward delay, network delay, GPIO events, etc.

Support GPIO event capturing, and meet the requirement of network synchronization analysis
The device supports GPIO event monitoring, GPIO event curve analysis, and GPIO event interval curve analysis. The synchronization between the nodes on the network can be analyzed by capturing the IO events in different nodes.
