Heterogeneous multi-core with different functions

ZMC600E is specially manufactured for industrial applications that require a unique combination of real-time processing, communication and application processing. It adopts dual-core 64-bit Arm® Cortex®-A53 and quad-core Cortex®-R5F heterogeneous processors. Cortex®-A53 provides powerful computing elements for RT-Linux applications, and Cortex®-R5F low-latency path provides excellent real-time performance.

Commercially licensed EtherCAT protocol stack provides a stability guarantee

ZMC600E adopts commercially licensed KPA EtherCAT protocol stack, and KPA EtherCAT helps eliminate the jittering of periodic messages by the time-triggered send (TTS) hardware to solve the problem of insufficient real-time performance of application layer and ensure the real-time performance of communication.

You can easily build an intelligent control system and quickly deploy it to meet the requirements of various process applications on site.
